Salade caprese & parma

~ For 4 people ~


  • 4 wholesome tomatoes
  • a ball of mozzarella
  • 1 red onion
  • a handful of fresh basil
  • 4 slices parmaham
  • pepper
  • olive oil


Cut the tomatoes into equally sized slices and pat them dry with paper towels. Cut the mozzarella into slices and the red onion into half rings.

Spread everything nicely across the plate. Add some basil leaves and small pieces of parmaham. Finish with a sprinkle of pepper and a dash of olive oil. Serve with a crunchy bread.
